Magic Bulk Renamer is a Windows desktop application for batch file renaming with advanced filtering, preview, and workspace features. The software processes your files 100% locally on your Windows PC. An internet connection is required only for license activation, subscription management, and software updates.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Paid Subscriptions

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Monthly: $5.00 USD per month
• Annual: $50.00 USD per year (save $10)

2.2 Billing & Cancellation

• After the 14-day trial, your subscription automatically renews at the selected plan price
• You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account
• Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

2.3 License Terms

• Each subscription allows activation on up to 5 devices
• License keys are non-transferable
• You may not share your license key with unauthorized users

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of your license key
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Not redistribute or resell the software
• Use the software in compliance with all applicable laws
